I remember this :D Still reminds me why I’m doing this.
I started my juice fast! I had the juice from 4 apples for breakfast, and I’m going to have strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry juice for lunch! I’m loving this so far, its yummier than I thought it would be. :)
Edit: Epic fail! I made it for a little while, but ended up having a sandwich for dinner. I’m still under my 1,000 calorie daily limit, but I just need to encorporate juice more into my daily life before just making it my main source of nourishment.
